A morning walk through autumn leaves
The path is clear yet unknown.
It guides me through the branches of the trees
Where sunshine casts the shadows
Cascading through the foliage upon the ground.

I walk, I think, I dream. It isn't hard
For in this beauty I find temporary solace.
I mute the noise of life
I mute it with tranquility and silence.
The omnipresent beauty of the fall
Becomes the noise, and I immerse,
I lose myself in the cacophony of Nature's sounds.

The ephemeral splendor of the leaves
Alight with golden glow.
My path is coming to an end
As I step out of the woods
Into the blaring noise of life,
For in it, too, I find temporary solace.
